the king said to his fool
so you can see there is a problem
the fool did not reply as the nascent arousal of his kings mind
pleased him
no sire
the king was baffled and at that moment
the imbecile had great purchase on his throne and his wealth
and held it close to his heart
for to clock its pulse
they were few like the single digit days of a man before his passing
but he had no need for earthly power and he loved his king
he left the throne for fools wiser than he
like a thing the Gods throw away
